A lot of freedom to make your own schedule.

Cons

Sales really aren't supported in the slightest. From merchandising, transportation, credit department, etc. You are on your own and are constantly falling on the sword to cover up for someone else's mistake.

Great position and Union

Pros

They really take care of the driver. The union is new and constantly advocating for the driver. The pay is good compared to other food service companies. Incentive pay for hazardous stairs and bonus pay for drive time and wait time is amazing.

Cons

Old equipment but already have plan in place to replace older tractors.

Good benefits especially medical insurance. Decent 401k and LTI for managers and above. Not much else positive to say other than that

Cons

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever encountered. They talk a good game, but do not care about their employees work life balance at all.
