      Pros

      Freedom of schedule and the ability to work remotely giving the ability to travel and take time off when needed

      Cons

      There were a lot of busy work duties that needed to be completed on a duly basis making it challenging at times to get out and prospect for new business

      Not a long term career

      Pros

      Big Company, lots of resources.

      Cons

      No work life balance, a lot of redundant work, stressful work environment, very big brother attitude (everything needs to be reported and everything is scrutinized). At the site that I was at, it turned into the good old boys club with recent reorganization. A lot of unnecessary PR on “taking care of employees” but the actions taken are not sufficient.
