Pros

It depends on you and your goals

Cons

Operating Hours During the interview they explain what your work schedule would be; you accept it or not. At Sysco, you go to work, not to goof off.

Not ideal

Pros

Incentive pay, decent starting wage

Cons

You pay into the union (dues and initiation fees) but they won’t represent you if you aren’t “full time.” All employees are hired as part time (for me part time was 30 hours/week in the winter and 50 hours/week in the summer) and only after a full time employee leaves or is terminated will they hire a replacement.
