Good salaries, good benefits, hybrid work model (at least it was when I was there). Most people are decent.

Cons

CEO is not a nice person although he tries to present himself as affable and friendly. It's all an act. There's a definite heirarchy as to who matters, and who doesnt. As long as you're not involved with him on a daily basis, you should be okay!
