Fostering a supportive environment that encourages high-quality work and collaboration remains a central focus of SPA. We understand that our recent accelerated growth may have placed strain on legacy processes; however, Leadership has been investing heavily into building out internal and external capabilities to match our growing needs. Throughout the year, SPA will be standing up 14 unique innovation initiatives aimed at increasing our enterprise data management and internal R&D capabilities. Additionally, we are excited to be rolling out a new HR Information System later this summer, which will provide more central and streamlined processes for accessing benefits and HR information.
