Pros

Leadership is available. I've worked for organizations where I've had 3-word conversations with C-suites. I've had several engaging conversations with C-suites and appreciate the opportunity to connect and feel like I'm heard. Training is helpful, and feels like a genuine way to grow as a Team Member.
