4yI, of course, am concerned about any employees who expressed dismay regarding their employment experience with the company. We spend considerable resources to ensure our employees are supported and resourced to achieve success. However, my experience has been that such negative commentaries reflect an employee’s reluctance or lack of desire to accept accountability for sub-performance outcomes. I know it’s hard to be humble for the sake of improving one’s performance, but if one can learn to do so and consider the benefits, I’m confident beneficial outcomes can be achieved.
