Their contracts are super bad. They try to make employees as bonded labor. They put a clause in the contract that the employee can not leave the company as long as STG don't let the employee go. They kind of get the employee stuck. They don't care for their employees as they know that the employee is stuck with them. Their contracts have lot of clauses that can be challenged. But their vendors avoid going for a legal fight and they take fullest advantage of that. They don't pay last 2 months of salary is a contractor from a vendor leave STG. They treat their employees as SLAVES as very rightly said by a client manager. Also, their recruiters ask all personal questions like 'Are you the primary bread earner of the family', 'does your spouse work?' 'where does your spouse work?' ' Do you have children? if yes How many?' and then take undue advantage of the situation if somebody is a primary/sole bread earner of the family.

Terrible work place, tremendous stress, poor communication, no professionalism, no work life balance, no respect for employees.
