Bleed magenta is a common phrase that is often said amongst TMo employees, and with good reason. Not many companies offer ALL employees, even PT, tuition reimbursement, 401k--with employer matching, stock options, tuition reimbursement, and full medical, version, and dental insurance coverage (that's affordable, and provides excellent care). Not to mention the hourly rates for those associates, as well as an amazing environment to grow and develop. If you've considered a career in the Wireless Industry, this is definitely the company to work for.

Cons

No store bonuses, other than your monthly commission checks as an RSM, but the annual merit reviews and raises generally erase this pain point. Can only roll over 80 hours of PTO, I suppose that's actually a good problem to have though.

They are authorized dealers, so apply to multiple and see which one is better. Some offer 10% commission on the sales that u make, others pay a bit more or less.

Cons

Competition with other dealers. There are MetroPCS stores everywhere. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance. So people want the cheapest offer.
