They care a flare at deal for their employees providing numerous benefits and opportunities to pretty much anyone who is willing to work hard and think outside the box.

Cons

Like any competitive industry you are beholden to sales goals which, at times, may not be representative of actual success; the result being good people losing incentive and bad people being rewarded... That said, they almost always get it right.

Pros

Laid back and pretty chill for the most part. Commission helps out a lot at the end of the week. Pay is pretty good. Gain experience and meet SOME pretty cool people. Some training meetings metropcs offers are pretty fun. Don't have to deal with annoying coworkers, for the most part. Not a hard labor job.

Cons

Mean customers. Sometimes, inventory can get really low and decreases sales because most customers know what they want, so if we don't have the phone, they wont settle for anything else we have. A lot of hours, (but it can also be a good thing). Not too many employees, so hour flexibility isn't the best. No benefits.

Pros

Amazing managment! They are very understanding and give praise when you earned it. They work with you on a personal level to give you the training you need. Ive been promoted twice in a very short period.

Cons

I cant say much other than the very few rude customers i get.
