      Great people, but uncertainty and low morale persist

      Pros

      The people. Hard to find another place with such great people. It makes working at Tmobile more tolerable during periods of instability and uncertainty

      Cons

      Our mission statement used to be so obvious and the culture was so electric. Now it seems like there are limited good ideas available and leadership is keeping the company blind on what is coming next. There is a constant fear of layoffs and the morale is lower than even seen before.
