Environment at stores can be become so chill that it can become a "arrested development" situation. Where you don't grow as a person because well ... why should you. Because it pays "ok", you don't have to do "hard" stuff. So as a person you get accustom to has easy is. Then finally after 2 or 3 years you think to yourself why am I not fully doing something else to make better money. Hourly pay was increased after 3 years of no pay raise. Commssion Structure changes yearly, as of the last change I lost about a extra $600 dollars. Have to be accustom to retail hours. Sales education is based on totally on the sales rep. Since I've worked there it has always seem like they are budgeting for hours that then get rationed out to reps.

Pay and commission keeps getting lower. Unrealistic expectations and goals along with poor management and no team work. Too many systems that malfunction or break and a very long process for any transaction.
