      Pros

      Very nice people for the most part. Benefits are awesome and the outside sales role hours are very flexible as long as you work hard and deliver. You need to have the positive attitude and willingness to succeed in order to make lots of money. You have an amazing earning potential in this role.

      Cons

      If your motivation is money alone than there are almost no cons for you. If you like being thanked and recognized by the management you need to look somewhere else. Managers want you to work hard and deliver but when it comes to company's gatherings and outings, they will go without you and have fun. The process of sale can be frustrating and complicated with lots of moving parts, weekly new promotions and credit checks for the customers. Credit check department is outsourced and there is often a language barrier.

      Great benefits, 401k, medical, dental, vision, stock purchase program, phone plan discount.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to move up if you're not favored by higher leadership. Was promoted from Associate to Manager, but had to earn District Manager's favor
