Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, if you don’t have customers then there’s not many things to do It’s hourly + commission, not many jobs work that way The benefits are really good

Cons

Your sales can be deactivated, if somebody cancels what you’ve sold in 3 months or less then they can take that out of your commission paycheck and your sales target The sales you make on the day get paid at the end of next month You get 2 paychecks a month, 1 with your hours only and 1 with hours + commission. There’s no way to cash out your commissions early The schedules are really uncomfortable for full times in most stores, mostly the malls.

Pros

I loved how I did not have to work any of the holidays. TBH, that's probably it.

Cons

Working at TMOBILE and the little entitled children literally stole every ounce of joy from my life, to the point that earlier this year I had to step away from the business to get a break. This company and it's employees drove me to attempt self harm, had to seek professional help. After 3 months on FMLA/ short termed disability, when I returned to work, they had concocted a false allegation that resulted in termination. There was no autonomy in being able to create and manage my team, being micromanaged at every corner. This place is probably great for the current generation, not for the experienced. Pay is ok

Pros

- Steady hours - Easy interview - 2 months of training

Cons

- Bad pay - Very limited breaks - Micro-managing - Treated poorly by management - Penalized for things out of your control (customers calling back within 24-48 hours after interaction, customers not paying their bill while on the call with you, etc) - Conflicting information and disinformation given to reps to give to customers - Volatile customers - Management times you by the second coming back from lunch breaks and 15 minute breaks and will scold you and give you formal warnings after coming back from an unpaid break one minute late but expect you to stay late after a shift ends if a call goes over.
