Pros

good commission good benefits, from day 1 allows you the ability to stay current with latest technology

Cons

difficult to get promoted, management awards those that have the longest tenure vs. the best, limited management positions available commission plus hourly, environment can be cut-throat when it is slow watch out for micro-managers (i guess this depends on who your manager is)

Pros

benefits are awesome!! store managers are generally great.

Cons

Upper management has no concern for you or your mental health; I've had many experiences hearing empty promises, horrible feedback, double standards, ignoring the issue/reasoning, and managers making stories up about unrelated personal things. Unfortunately, it's all about who you know, and not what you know, your education level, seniority, or experience. People are put in situations with more responsibilities and less pay. Also, hiring management from OUTSIDE the company..and having seasoned reps train them...or have a rep fill in when interviewing for a position they've applied for...wrong.

Pros

There's a reason T-Mobile wins so many customer service awards. Everyone in corporate really believes in supporting the front line sales teams and stores, in order to make sure every customer is a happy one.

Cons

Not a lot to do out there in factoria -- limited spots for lunch. Some groups have a LOT of meetings with a LOT of people, which leads to a consensus-driven culture at times.
