Pros

T-Mobile supports your work/life balance and is very understanding of personal isssues that you need to take care of. This is a great environment to work in and my co-workers are great!

Cons

Politics, politics, politics....As with most corporations, the is a lot of read tape around here. As projects and programs progress, there is a lot more political "stuff" you have to go through. The T-Mobile environment can be a little too laid back at times and becomes some what of and HR nightmare on occasion.

Pros

Benefits benefits benefits great 401k health care and ample time off for illness and vacation many of my coworkers are great to work with This is an excellent part time job and although things have changed a bit it is still a great part time job. most managers seem to be flexible in accomodating schedules to other commitments

Cons

recent changes have thrown the company into disarray employees are confused and abused we feel the frustration of customers with the new changes I am disappointed that the company seems to be embracing the corporate model of outsourcing, cutting hours and pay at the bottom first

Pros

New employees may purchase up to two T-Mobile devices at a discount and receive a generous rate plan for a low monthly fee. And it is easy to keep up with the latest technology and products through our handset upgrade program. Handsets are often given away as a reward for a job well done or often-times to the entire company for a bonus that had been met in a prior month. At T-Mobile, everyone is a recruiter! All employees can earn up to $3,000 per hire for referring exceptionally talented people to T-Mobile. All employees have access to a wide variety of resources for themselves and their families that include counseling, legal services, child-care referral, and financial services. Balancing work and family is always a challenge. At T-Mobile they aim to tip the scales in the employees favor with the Childcare Subsidy Program. Eligible employees can receive $125 a month to help with child-care costs.

Cons

Communication as someone mentioned prior
