      Good benefits package for the most part, though pay raises have been stifled for “leadership” roles while subordinates gain or surpass.

      Cons

      Management takes significant time to review and lake decisions that affect process as well as employee conditions. Tech resources are over booked.

      A great place to switch careers and enter the financial sector.

      Cons

      They will squeeze every drop of efficiency out of you every minute. The pace and the constant metric keeping will grind you to powder. Did not expect any type of collaborative team building, or any type of camaraderie. There's not a culture of team building, or of any interaction frankly.
