Management in the Transactions department is atrocious. They get you in the door claiming that you can easily move to other departments after you've been there 1 year, but it's not true. The department sets you up for failure, then punishes you. You will work at least 30-45 minutes of overtime every day and will work 12 hour days at fiscal quarter and year ends. Very stressful job and not enough pros to outweigh the negatives. No work/ life balance in transactions at all.
