      Compensation is good at TRowePrice when you join but there are very few incremental gains within the company after you have joined unless you move to a new position. Promotions are limited so you have to move to a new area to increase your compensation

      Cons

      Compensation is an area of focus in the company and will be increasingly reduced as time goes on in this current management regime
