Pros

Benefits and opportunites to do something different in the company. Some people in other divisions really seem to like their jobs. Owings Mills campus is beautiful with nice cafeteria. The campus is easy to get to for a lot of people.

Cons

In some areas, there are cut throat employees. Sometimes it is difficult trying to coordinate across other divisions. Non-technical managers trying to manage technical projects was a problem sometimes, but that is like everywhere else I guess.

Pros

Name recognition for your resume. Good benefits

Cons

No career advancement opportunities in Tampa, you have to move to Baltimore. Senior leaders are very adept, but middle management is terrible. Most of the middle managers were promoted through the ranks because of their organizational politics saavy. They are completely ignorant to the business and how it works. All they care about is their next promotion. I guess I cannot complain too much because it is probably like that at any call center type company.
