      Pros

      Depending on department, there are a lot of awesome leaders and associates within the organization. Culture is positive overall. Pay is pretty good and if you like overtime, there is plenty of it. (Usually mandatory)

      Cons

      Quick turnover and lack of thorough training. Our department was recently sold to another company with lesser benefits and amenities so it was a disappointing to see how the company showed its appreciation for the people supporting it.
