Good people. Fun work. Great pay, includes hourly and per diem if you travel

Pros

Good people, fun work, great pay, per diem. Get to travel. Night shift, don't have to deal with customers. Self sufficient. Team building.

Cons

Not everyone gets along, most people don't want to work or have others "help" them do their work. Never know where the next travel location is, disorganized travel planning. Have to use your per diem to travel to and from and book your own hotels or airbnbs with very little to no notice about the location. No benefits.

Lots of great people, traveling

Cons

They Don't pay enough hourly. They only pay you perdium for 5 days not 7 They don't pay mileage or travel time. You have to find and book your own hotels on the perdium
