Pros
- At least you'll be employed I guess. Not that I can say it's worth it.
Cons
- No career progression. It applies to everyone. - The salary is below the national average/minimum. Every other competitor/job pays far greater. - No commission given. If a small commision were to be made, they will make sure you do not recieve it or provide you with excuses as to why you cannot - the same goes for the already below minimum salary. - No work life balance. - Unattainable sales targets and incredibly high expectations with the resources you are given. - Incredibly high staff turnover due to the cons heavily outweighing the pros. - Low morale, no support from HQ, very poor work environment. - No standards in the calibre of individuals hired. - Expected to work hours unpaid. - Staff all underappreciated. They do not care about the wellbeing of staff unless you attain their unrealistic standards and even then, you will receive nothing for it.
