Pros

You can work on a lot of different projects, that can vary greatly in technologies. Maybe in 10 years the company will be a good enough one to work for. There's a nice park down the street...

Cons

Prepare to be treated as a body any nothing more. Leave your experience and knowledge at the door, because they don't care. Experience? Masters degrees? You won't be using any of that here. You will be drawing a lot of shapes in AutoCAD though. Also, get comfortable, because you'll be staying late, every day, forever. Well, that is until you realize what the company is really like and then leave. In 2016 alone +50% of the design group quit throughout the course of the year. We're talking +30 people here. That should tell you a few things. If you look at the reviews on this site, you see a very consistent story from the design positions. If you want to read the most accurate and eloquent depiction of the company on this site, read the review titled "This company needs a therapist." from this past summer. They go in detail to explain the fundamental structural issues with the company, and why you should stay clear.

It's better than it used to be but there's still room for improvement.

Pros

Great people to work with, casual environment, very interesting projects. There are a lot of new faces in middle and upper management who seem like they plan to steer the company in the right direction.

Cons

Many of the veteran employees have the "we've always done it this way" mentality and don't want to change their ways. The benefits are fair but the pay could definitely be better when compared to other jobs in the area. Unlike many other companies, you are forced to take a personal day if you are sick which is especially bad if you are a new employee who hasn't earned any personal days yet. Also, you cannot roll over any vacation days into the next year.

Pros

Great people, cool problems to solve, small start up type culture, opportunities to contribute. Great location in downtown Boulder.

Cons

We are new to software and working out some kinks. Can be a louder environment to work in. Sometimes life can be a bit disorganized.
