      Lie to you, they tell you they're all about everybody's mental health but they're truly not. Don't turn your back on me. They do discriminate against you but they try to deny it

      Super interesting projects, unique challenges, and some of the smartest people you will ever work with

      Upper management discovers tries a new method every 12-18 months. Scapegoats are thrown out, "People Officers" are brought in. In several years working there, there was little actual improvement. The culture is top-down, deferring to whomever is yelling loudest. Salaries are below average for engineers and designers. Tait relies on the "cool" factor to keep people there. 60-80 hour weeks, weekend work are common. Toxic macho culture to women, and to LGBTQ+, despite having a large population. I should have headed the glass door warnings before starting here.
