      Horrible ethics at the corporate level

      Pros

      The people you get to work with are great. Everyone is kind and usually helpful with each other.

      Cons

      Corporate profits constantly rise, but raises never happen! Managers who were on a power trip do what they felt like without any discipline. Company has the bare minimum amount of employees to barely function, find anyway to cut everyone's hours and expect everyone to work multiple positions and leave pay the same. They only care about the bottom line. Employees come last.

      It's just not fair!

      Pros

      One of the few things I appreciate about working here was the management's efforts to put employees up for success by supporting them and training them well.

      Cons

      Even when I was fully supported and trained well, the fact that my workload was meant for two people couldn't be denied. I was really overwhelmed and I couldn't keep up with my workload. It affected my mental health negatively because I was always beating myself up whenever I fell short of what's expected of me. It's just too unfair!

      Bad boss, bad experience

      Pros

      No matter where I work, working for a company that values diversity is a must for me. This company fulfilled that requirement

      Cons

      My direct supervisor was not a nice person. They were not by the side of their team in times of crisis. This revealed t me that they were not trustworthy and likable. I couldn't report to such a person daily, so I quit.
