Pros
Fun when there were company gatherings, parties, and potlucks. Chill supervisors. Off on the weekends. Nice co-workers.
Cons
Disorganized. Nothing they said was stable. Every call they wanted you to sell, sell, sell. And you couldn't even get commission off of it because the requirements to obtain it were unreasonable. Whenever a new affiliate was introduced, they gave you little training and threw you onto the phones to handle customers who were talking about things you had no idea about. 1 year probation period. Terrible communication between the supervisors and management. Difficult to advance without being a "favorite." Some of the rules they set on the call floor are ridiculous and strict.
