Pros

- The people for sure! Even as a very new person everyone was so friendly to me. - The office is really nice. High ceilings, bright and colorful. Great break room. - Great learning/networking opportunity.

Cons

Not necessarily cons, but just to be realistic: - They expect a very high quality of work so definitely not the place to be if you don't have strong drive and a self-starting and customer focused work ethic. Hard work is rewarded! - Customer service can be a challenge, but luckily at TCC you're surrounded by a lot of friendly people who make the environment fun!

We agree completely - we do have high expectations when it comes to our team and our work. Those who do well at TCC take the time to ask questions and learn, and enjoy helping others. Supervisors are rarely on the floor They hire just about anyone so there is a lot of turn over

A Terrible Place to Stay Beyond One Year

Pros

Paid training, full time work, light rail accessibility, decent pay ($14/hr after 6 months)- a good place to work temporarily while you find a steady job, or a good place to work if you don't mind transforming into a robot Monday through Saturday

Cons

Absolutely zero upward mobility fueled by excessive outside hiring, culture of sexual and racial harassment, disrespectful treatment of employees, dishonest business practices for customers and dishonest/insufficient communication with employees
