Compensation and benefits fair Good workplace culture. Management is open and available and reasonable. Time off is standard for industry. Professional development and growth opportunities (cross-training). Company host employee engagement activities.

Pros

Staff is pretty friendly and laid back.pretty good at getting you on the right page and learn what you need to be successful in the role.

Cons

No paid lunch so instead of a 9-5 you work 9-5:30 to ensure they get all 8 hours. Calls can be long as most of the customers are older in age and not always tech savvy.
