Horrible Company to work for.

Pros

Pay used to be competitive, its not any more.

Cons

Benefits are terrible. 5 years to be vested into 401k, $15.50 per hour starting pay for what you have to deal with, should be $20+, Managers are lazy, the owner pretends she cares about the employees but really just cares about the bottom line which is why she just opened an office in the Philippines where the employees get paid peanuts.

Not too many opportunities for promotions and lots of micromanaging.

Very family oriented company. CEO actually listen to suggestions. HR and Supervisors are very approachable and helpful.

Cons

The wage could be higher.
