I worked for the company for 7 years! At first it was a great company. Then they kept changing how we got paid. They don’t even offer yearly raises! They went years only paying employees $5 an hour which I’m sure was completely illegal. Direct leadership would change every 6 months. Spent so much time building a relationship with my RM just for them to be replaced.... This company is a complete joke now. False promises from upper management. Would promise your next to be promoted and then they hire outside the company. I had the top store for 3 years straight! I saw 6 of my employees that I hired and trained become managers and still didn’t offer me a promotion. I saw 2 of my market managers get demoted because they eliminated their position...You can easily go work for a corporate door and get paid more. This is a good job for someone that’s in college but DEFINITELY not a career. They DO NOT care about you. Thank god I left and found a better job. Use the experience from this place and leave after a year. Do not waste years of your life for a company with no growth..

The VP, DM or Regional role was not a positive experience for me personally. The company went through several changes and at times the management was so horrible at one point I contemplated leaving the company due to verbal abuse and threats. I did have one individual who took an interest in developing me as a manager and that's when my experience and outlook changed. This individual was soon demoted back to a store manager due to yet another change by the company. The regional layer was there for a reason and when they removed it the store managers we taken off the floor for 60 percent of the tine to deal with constant conference calls, and useless projects that never amounted to anything. The director never offered any insight or any positive changes to my position as a manager and it seemed their role was to stay on their laptop and sit through hours of conference calls so they could in turn hold conference calls.
