      Pros

      Hours were very flexible, depending on store manager. Moorehead communications also has decent employee discount programs on phones and accessories.

      Cons

      Very poor compensation; did not invest in employees; multiple accounts of others not being able to take time for personal reasons; many local stores unstaffed requiring help from more dependable employees at other stores; commission based opportunity without a lot of traffic

      Pros

      Easy work, fun place to work when no upper management is around. Store managers typically try to be there for their employees. Decent benefits and discounts on products. The HR and payroll ladies are very nice when your Regional screws something up.

      Cons

      Pay structure gradually changed to pay employees less while demanding more productivity. 3 months of not meeting almost impossible goals equals termination. The scoring system for employees is completely unfair. Store managers have bonuses based on store performance (which upper management claimed they gave out too many the first month it was initiated) that are included as part of their salaries. (Which is terrible for what they do). Lots of nepotism. Regional managers have a very negative fear induced approach to "coaching".
