Pros
The benefits they offer are the best I've ever seen, companies don't offer packages like this anymore. The pay is above average for the industry. Dog friendly workplace (good and bad).
Cons
If you're interested in a work/life balance this may not be the place for you. If you plan to only work your 40 hours a week you will be looked down on and possibly even reprimanded. Senior management seems to make decisions and changes on a whim and without explanation until well after the fact. People get moved around often and there isn't a real sense of security. People seem to get burned out fairly quickly and become disinterested and cynical.
