Pros

- high pay when comparing to other call center job in other industry - substantial suppport - provide a lot of free drinking stuffs in pantry

Cons

- training environment should allow more access to real practice procedures, it is impossible for new hires or somewhat experience agents to navigate tools given that the statistic performance is heavily monitored - while on the first week of training, they gave you a picture of inclusive and careful environment. In fact, they restricted your work hour and toilet to be finished in a certain period. During training, we are even being told not to go toilet, even if you are about to pee, you have to sit in the training room until your break, then you can go. Some employees doubt the restriction of toilet time in only 3 designated breaks might infringe and against a basic human right of going toilet as their own will
