Pros

I enjoy the work/life balance and the chance to work from home. I like the predictability and stability of the organization as a whole.

Cons

An IT Support Technician supports 100+ applications across the Enterprise including US Cellular however concerning our salary review we're labeled as a typical ticket jockey from Joe Schmo Co. opening and routing tickets. I think that Mr. Gantner should come sit with one of our analysts for a few days and get his doors blown off.

Good, family friendly environment with decent job stability, but...

Cons

...company is run as a family owned entity (one family controls the equity), not a lot of room for advancement, and it's not a very efficiently run company (lots of process, procedure, politics, and overlap of duties)
