Good company with lots of Potential & Good People
Pros
The People - are all nice and friendly. Even if you don't work in their department or alongside them you can always hear a "Good Morning" and although some may not see this as important, it truly makes a difference. The Culture - this company does have a family sort of feel to it. We're all helpful and seeking to do good for not only ourselves but also our customers. Management - we get regular updates on the status of the company. What the vision is and where or how we're getting there. There is transparency and this place is a goal oriented business. Strategy and Delegation is Key to being successful as a Supv or Mgr. of this company.
Cons
Similarly as rest of the country, we're also struggling with staffing and finding good employees. Training according to "PI's" can be overwhelming Lots of Meetings although important can be very time consuming and difficult to get your job done.
