      Pros

      Benefits are pretty much industry standard

      Cons

      They have many small suppliers that are not capable of producing repeatable parts Management is unwilling to accept change in manufacturing methods and does not indorse new technology. They use color coded sticky notes in Teir meeting locations as a means of problem escalation and run problem resolution in the ground with emails The TECH complaint management system is not very user friendly . Poor supplier review

      Too much mandatory overtime, micro management, hard to get time off requested, bad communication from top to bottom.

      Pros

      Competitive salary. Lots of independence. Very flexible with remote work. Culture of working directly with the functions you need and not working through bureaucratic management chains to get the support you need. Network will grow fast and being an extrovert is a huge benefit.

      Cons

      Very fast paced. Processes are in place for almost everything, but need to be flexible to speed the processes up. Management expects a high degree of individual ownership. Very cyclical market; layoffs-furloughs are common every 1-2 years.
