      Met a few good people. Nice holiday party.

      Greedy company totally focused on putting money in the bank with no thought given to product quality nor employees. Years of poor leadership and no focus on quality has resulted in terrible product quality, many employees that don't care, overcrowded work environment...

      pay is okay, 401k, Medical Benefits

      Cons

      No room to move up, Communion sucks, all they care about is the money, If you have a issue god forbid you speak up they make you feel stupid, management could be a lot better. Ci card program is a joke they want your ideas and give you nothing in return. And it seems like the only people that get crossed trained is the temps like other people don't matter anymore. Some temps make more then the team leads. Everybody knows everyone personal business which makes it hard to talk to people about an issue even Hr.
