Unstable environment at TE Wilsonville. Continuously loosing customers over the years. Bad management. High employee turnover. Sink or swim situation, but mostly sink if you are new into the company. No clear future for the company. Trust deficit between employees since you never know who will be laid off next.

Old, worn-down, nasty, dirty, odor-filled facility. Training is bad, management does not take employees recommendations or professionalism into consideration, employees are not held accountable for wrongful actions, managers do not want to accept changes or new responsibilities, good and motivated employees do not stick around but if they do, they become miserable and unmotivated. employees are overworked with no real results or rewards.
