Decent benefits Great people (individual contributors) that worked well together to solve problems.

Cons

Poor operations management - formed a Cabal that was complicit in creating a culture of abuse and distrust. Unrealistic expectations and timelines. Public humiliation. Excessive layoffs combined with increased workloads. Some tools not in place to perform tasks and projects efficiently.

Benefits are nice, supportive in health and fitness (opened a nice gym).

Cons

Does not embrace young talent and creativity. This company still has a lot of workers that have worked there for at least 25 years or more and have a hard time to adapting to change.
