-Generation gap, with a majority of the older generation engaging in toxic behaviors -No sense of coaching or training from upper management about their own product. -Potentially receive below average performance review with no constructive feedback for how to improve. -Vague job descriptions that will be used against you if you decide to accept -Company has been going Lean for a long time and as a result, employees are juggling 2-3 jobs -Below average pay and benefits -Culture favors people who are constantly bragging about their work but lacking in skills

Most TE facilities are acquisitions and they buy them only to take IP and eventually shutter the facilities after running them into the ground. Our facility was migrated to Mexico and India. They just want to get the maximum profit out of the facility with total disregard for employees and business conditions until they're no longer needed. Okay job for the short term but do not go in expecting any kind of long-term (3 yr +) stability to any position.
