Pros

Maybe some decent low margin, commodity type products. Nice website - Actually makes the company look like a top performing company (Remember looks can be deceiving)

Cons

- Under staffed - Management Team - high and low are rookies from the 1970 School of Management. - Detroit is selling the most vehicles ever and TE is cost cutting. - Executive staff makes up poor performance ratings on the day of your yearly performance review. So 365 days of "great jobs" and "attaboys" and on the day of your reveiw, you are the worst employee ever. - The company has no idea how to forecast and/or is given unachievable targets given revenue base and operating profit.
