- 100% Remote (and always has been) - Operate on your own terms - No boss - Flexibility on how you run your business - Ultimate Work Life Balance - I've travelled the world while working at TEEMA

Cons

- For Some, Fully Commissioned (I personally love it and benefit greatly) - Lack of Structure (Not an environment for people who need structure - again, huge Pro for me).

Fully Remote Autonomy of what job reqs you work on Great people and support Annual sales conferences and get-togethers No "ceiling" on commissions

Cons

Full commission, no annual salary or benefits (but this also isn't a con when you see the potential to what you can make if you're a go-getter and self-motivated, this is not a place for lazy people just wanting to collect a paycheck. This is a place for people interested in constant growth both professionally and personally. Amazing, people work here. )
