Pros
Teema may not be for every recruiter, but it's an amazing place for those who are self-driven and self-motivated to be the best. They provide a tremendous network of likeminded individuals who also want to be the best. They have created a platform that isn't perfect, but it is always evolving and we strive to keep getting better in all facets of the business. You won't find a better comp structure anywhere in the industry.
Cons
Teema is not a good fit for everyone. If you want to be told everything to do and given step by step direction, you won't succeed here. If you are not willing/able to step out of your comfort zone and reach out to other members within Teema, you won't be successful here. The only issue I have here at Teema is benefits. They don't offer a very good healthcare option, but other than that, I don't have any complaints.
