Pros

95% retention rate with those of us who have been with TEEMA for a year or more. That tells you something about this company, especially when we are fully commissioned with no non-competes.

Cons

We seem to get a lot of new clients. We need to do a better job at cross-selling amongst divisions.

Pros

- you get 80% of everything you bring in, probably the best in the industry that I've seen - you "could" make a lot of money if you have a strong client base or work with a client manager who brings in hot jobs - you get to work from home and set your own schedule; lots of flexibility - you get to build your own clientele and business - you get to write everything off since you are running your own business You have to be self-sufficient to do well in this role but at the same time be able to build a strong network within the firm. Otherwise, you will struggle to make money or you will make very little money. Top performers here are making $300K+ and that's just the bottom of the top.

Cons

- siloed environment - coworkers with different styles of recruiting - recruiters who don't know what they are doing and who taint the brand - lack of training or "career growth" - no moving up the ladder here, you just keep making more money, which is great for some people, if that is what you want in life - you have to pay for your own benefits since you are running your own business - the job gets repetitive; you are doing the same thing over and over again - lack of culture; there's no office so there's no culture to be a part of - everyone works remote I left not because I wasn't successful but because I got bored.
