      Pros

      TEEMA is the perfect mix of culture, freedom, flexibility all the while maintaining a platform that allows it's members to create their own destiny. In short, TEEMA has been life changing for myself and my family. Sure there has been ups and downs over the 9+ years with TEEMA, but after 9 years I have no interest in leaving. I will be here until the end of my career. It also doesn't hurt that TEEMA offers an industry high commission rate, because in the end, we all need to get paid.

      Cons

      For certain people and personalities it is easy to feel like you are on an island working this virtual model. However if you commit yourself to picking up the phone you will have no problems. Honestly, beyond that, I'm not sure how this model would get any better. The platform is amazing, the people and culture has been amazing since the beginning, and the culture hasn't changed since day one.

      -Commission structure is unparalleled -freedom to run your own business within a very well thought out and put together framework -The executive team operates in the best interest of the members, no doubt about it -Opportunity to be as involved as you want to be at the organizational level -100% Autonomy -Fantastic back office support

      Cons

      As of today, no health insurance / benefits but it sounds like that may be changing.

      Really TEEMA provides the opportunity to own your own success. It does this by: ---Providing an excellent commission structure ---Providing excellent back office support ---Giving the opportunity to connect with people you work well with and decide who you want to work with and who you can be successful with. ---Increasing focus on training and best practices ---Really provides the platform to support your success TEEMA is not for everyone.... ---To be successful you must be prepare to put he hours into work, building the right relationships and learning. ---Success requires a mature focused approach.

      Cons

      It takes time to get business of the ground. Once you do, very few people leave.
