      Great earning potential without the commute!

      Pros

      - unlimited earning potential - no commuting - self employed - no micromanagement - minimal politics - great teamwork

      Cons

      - for some people it generates a feeling of isolation - if you regularly need a kick in the butt then this is the wrong place - need to resist all the temptations of working from home

      Remote, highest pay out, not micromanaged = LOVE IT!

      Pros

      -highest payout in the business -remote, work from home -distributed team (no territories, so you can work any market) -opportunity to work orders in any region; the community and network -no micromangement -pooled resource discounts (a previous employer provided a cell phone stipend, we have access to a corporate plan; we have a LinkedIn RPS discount) -weekly meetings -monthly wrap up meetings -annual conference -top performers event -you get to work off your own computer (all our tools are web based) -there are health benefits if you choose to pay for them -diversity of services (see the website)

      Cons

      -for those that still need structure, a manager looking over your shoulder, and peers physically sharing an office, this is not for you -compared to some larger, international firms, the back office is not as efficient/robust -career "advancement"/opportunities (I rated the below a 3, as I suspect for some others, they may look for more ladder climbing); we're a fairly flat structure - there's no real "management" layer not bringing in business, no ivory tower here
