TEEMA is all it is advertised to be. You are building on your business on the platform that TEEMA provides. It is the best of both worlds in terms of agency backing and support but being your own boss. Joining TEEMA changed my career and life.

There are a lot of reasons to work here. Autonomy, Personal Accountability, Solid Internal Relationships/Collaboration. Everyone I've worked with here actually wants you to be successful and make money. The commission structure is unlike any other agency, only 20% goes to the company the rest goes straight to the CM/TM doing the work (that's huge all on it's own). Also, I can't believe there are comments on here saying you have to already have a book of business BEFORE you start. That's not 100% accurate (helpful of course but not necessary and certainly not a reason you can't make it). I started without any clients, not ONE. I had only been an in-house recruiter, no prior client relationships from a staffing firm perspective and within 3 months I had 5 new clients and closed 8 jobs. So no, you don't need prior relationships, you need to hold yourself accountable and give excellent service.
