      Pros

      Rely on yourself, work remotely, and helpful training. The team around you while all working individually is actually fairly collaborative.

      Cons

      I didn’t run in to many issues when starting. The training at first seems tedious and unnecessary, however, it’ll give you a good run down on how things work and how you can succeed.

      Pros

      The business model is great. You receive 80% commissions, complete autonomy, great back end support, and nice people BUT...

      Cons

      You foot all up front costs: LLC licensing fees, recruiting sources (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc), no health insurance or company benefits. After a while with the company I was more in the hole than what I was making working 40+ hours a week. If you have a large book of business it might be right for you but recruiters proceed with caution.
