Play the numbers game - lots of turnover, get people in and see how many survive - 95% retention is so far off base. Not really running your own business - works the same as any other agency, Execs will make comm changes, client structure changes at a whim. For a company of this nature, still a lot of political and corporate BS. Lots of bad recruiters coming in and out that waste your time No real innovation

1) It’s going to be slightly more ramp up if you don’t come in with clients of your own. 2) Everyone is remote and essentially an independent consultant, can lead to lack of accountability with some. 3) I’m amazed at Client Managers who’ve worked with clients for years where they’ve placed dozens of people, but still don’t know some basics about the client. Or who just don’t even try to qualify a job order. That would never have passed at my last firm. Again this isn't everyone...a part of the challenge is knowing who to work with and how to work with them. That being said, there's a good chance you’ll find people to work with who match your staffing style.
